Starting in NetBrain Integrated Edition 8.0, NetBrain introduced the feature called Knowledge Cloud.
Knowledge Cloud enables the customer to not only create support cases with NetBrain Technical Support directly from the Integrated Edition platform user interface, but it allows NetBrain to deliver version controlledresource updates directly to your local NetBrain environment.
These resource updates are classified separately into three different version controlled repositories within NetBrain Knowledge Cloud:
Common
- General Availability Device Drivers, CLI/API Parsers, Data View Templates, Runbooks, Qapps
Customized Device Drivers
- Patched/Custom Devices created from Technical Support cases
Customized Automation Resources
- Customer custom CLI/API Parsers, Data View Templates, Runbooks, Qapps
